of hydrophobia and phobia of roller coasters

well..some things i meant to make clear but didn't or rather feel like making clear but never got the chance to.

first, i guess i've some minor form of hydrophobia (for those who can't tell :P its fear of water)..no idea where i got it from or when the fear started. but if my feet can't touch the ground i somehow really start to panic, mildly. well haha..so swimming at the deep end's a no-no for me. strangely i'm fine in the normal end of the pool (where i can reach the bottom) or when i can't reach the bottom but it ain't that deep that i can't kick myself back up..

but guess on thurs it wasn't that bad..somehow all the tossing INTO and OUT OF and dunking helped a bit..and yes mr plasticine rules k!

and the other is the fear of roller coasters..although i've been able to take some of them which were probably done when i'm either on a death wish or just willing to scare myself out of my skin. on a completely normal day, nothing could make me go on one heh.

and off topic..i'm quite fascinated with the descriptive writing of dan brown, been thru his books like no one's business. really spell-bound/captivated/caught up in his works. can't believe i finished 2 books in 6-7 hours each. once again..read with discernment but with an eye for his detail of description.

gonna stay up for the closing ceremony later..i mean like if i caught most of the olympics whats one more nite?

and caught harold & kumar today..incredibly hilarious but yet so subtle the hidden meanings. apart from excessive cursing *rolls eyes* it was a really entertaining yet eye opening movie. wierd it only shows on saturdays and sundays..

and like lisa, grace and danny had to go back for sgbf and i had till 7 (for my dinner appointment) so i walked to city hall and...
