i'm so damn pissed. i feel like punching him there and then but i didn't. temper temper.

he didn't want to pay me anymore. says i've been slandering him by saying that he owes me money (which he still does, but he doesn't seem to think so). says pple have been asking him questions abt him oweing me money and stuff and thats not my problem if he has sullied his own reputation by oweing pple money or cheating others of money. it ain't my #*(@&%(*#*$ problem. he even got the cheek to threaten me that he can ban me from ph. my ass. i dare him to do it. he does that, hohoho, he can forget abt his post. freakin power abuser. i bet he has the money stashed up somewhere. forever giving that lame-assed excuses.

anyone need the details, just leave a comment or msg on my tagboard, i'll get back to you.

*fuggin pissd off*
didn't post last nite was a bit tired and was a bit ticked off at sth. and oh yes, all those who didn't get affected by the blackout, lucky you :) (cuz i didn't either! =)

had the national u21 match last nite which i lost to jere but then again both of us didn't really wanna play each other. like out of the 7 other matches, we're the only table to talk cock and shark each other after each shot. like every other table was like so serious (like lighten up you guys!). went to champz after that. boy, i love that place :) really nice..the table runs well, the balls are shiny and clean and the place is super conducive to play (but its damn ex!).

watched "the devil's advocate" on 5 last nite and its really such a 'steep' show, was kinda reminded in less than subtle terms of how much of an adversary is the devil. and to warn us to check our pride and vanity as he quoted, "vanity is my greatest sin" so thus if we're vain, we're taking upon his (devil's) will (free will, we choose to be vain not that he forces/makes us to be vain). should go and watch if you can, like download =P or dvd/vcd.

apart from that, the p2 really really really rocks~~ haha..i'm like super high hahah..really love my new cue :) heh..cut a ball in with extreme right english when the object ball was frozen to the top rail and 3 diamonds away from the pocket...amazing!

firstly a summing up of my days, realised i've not had the energy to blog daily like before. addict that i am! =P guess too much euro + last minute pool training has taken most (if not all) my energy.

friday: had a soccer gathering for the guys in church and it was good. the new boots felt good and the game we had was good too, played a mini 5v5 and had 4 goals =D haha..should be good to see those guys for sat soccer more regularly too.

saturday: was thinking of going to batam but then again had ept tour in the afternoon so i had to abandon that and treat it as a good warm up for nationals. had a good time, won 2 and lost 2. the 2 i beat were kamotecue (4-1) and dennis (at last! 4-0) and the ones i lost were against luqman (which i should have bbq-ed him even if i gave him the 8 but he got too lucky, like how do you play with a guy who somehow gets safe everytime you miss and somehow managed to play safe even though you left him safe? not to mention the 2 flukes on the 9 =/) and the other one was against coool but he was shooting much straighter than i was so thats fine. didn't make it to the quarter finals but at least ended the day on 4 pts and 10/9 (racks won/lost) and at least a 50% ratio. was quite tired after that and while waiting for galvin, continued to hit a couple of balls ard at the next table, he finished 4th however. then we went to century and it was ok lah. didn't play as well as i did at mspf.

sunday: went to century after dinner and played a couple of hours, not too bad, getting some stroke back then came back and watched more euro. and got news my p2 has landed in sg! :D

monday: (which is also today) haha..just got news that my p2 is at gregs! (whooopeee! =D) gonna head there later to collect it then training at century again. heh. can't wait..in fact i'm gonna shower than i'm off :)

been nearly a week since i last blogged. heh..i think i've been kept busy by euro2004, cycling, soccer and pool.

not too bad, so far got quite a bit of the results rite, then got the por-spain rite, rus-gre surprisingly spot-on @ 2-1 rus, eng-cro rite, fra-swi spot-on, ita-bul rite and den-swe spot-on (which i felt was fixed), followed by this morning, hol-lat spot-on and cze-ger rite. so not too bad. heh.

apart from that, nationals are next week! and i haven't fully prepared myself but owells..

tmrw got soccer in church and i'm prob not going to batam. don't see the point to go there and then not give it my best. cuz only the best for the Lord will do and giving it half of it isn't just rite.

ok got the france-croatia one wrong. like way off. but then again i was too tired to care. fell asleep after the prso goal then woke up to see david trezeguet handle and then put the ball into the back of the croatia goal then sleep again and then cycle back and sleep again.

haha..today went to jq's place to swim and 'relac' and then afterwards they had dawn's and grace's birthday thingie but i left to play soccer first..

with joseph and his friends. cuz his friend like talk until he quite good then in the end we played them and put like 6 goals past them before they scored one. then played till quite long then other teams started arriving. and then we switched to 2 goal knock out which we won one then got knocked out. then waited for quite long, had our turn and then got knocked out quickly. so when we finally got our turn again, we managed to beat his (joseph's) friend's team (and i put 2 past joseph! ^^) and then scored one against a 'mat' team before they put 2 past us.

at the very least i've got some of my scoring touch back, hit in 5-6 goals tonight i think. but i'm still slow to recover and come back so have to work on that. stamina's improved and my ball control still needs some work. my ball trapping still can la :P

quite tired and i'm not gonna catch the match tonight. tmrw still got chi high soccer which i won't take such a big role, cuz i think i hurt my knee and like its a bit sore but we'll see. tonight hmmms..prob italy 2-0 or swe 2-1. then den-bul prob 2-0 den or 1-1.

haven't been doing much besides catch the euro2004 at joseph's place and last morning's at elvin's place.

like having, a stick-thin-drama-queen, a fungi-breeding-500pound-gorrilla and an artist-that-almost-lost-his-leg was quite fun for a change. (not counting the hour-long bike ride to to his place which was up-down 5 hills and back) well..so far my predictions on scores have been ok lah..got the win correct the score still somewhere off. like yesterday i was guessing 1-0/2-1 portugal and it turned out 2-0, 1-0/3-0 spain and that was off cuz they drew 1-1 against greece.

then tonight was eng vs sui and i guessed 1-0/3-0 and at least got that rite..rooney's 2nd goal was funny. he shot, hit the post, ball came back off, hit the back of the keeper's head and went in.
predicting prob 3-0/2-0 france later when they play croatia and i'll prob go to fong seng for another 2 pratas (mushroom cheese roxors! =) and then going home to sleep for the afternoon at jq's place then evening soccer with joseph.

back from watching germany and holland draw 1-1 (ger-thorsten frings 30th, hol-ruud van nistelrooy 81st) and it was quite a good match (it would have been better if holland did win =P) then i cycled back with dn chia's bike. think i should really consider getting my own. heh. oh and joseph called debbie a call girl lol..cuz she only calls girls. (dun see the logic but i still think its funny HAHAHAHA)

oh and i'm considering going for the batam thing on the 26th. have to see my family schedule first then.

tired to blog sunday nite but blogger screwed up on me and i lost a 30min post. --"

anyways,
Saturday was spent on sports (as if i didn't have enough of that in church camp), went for soccer in the morning, squash/table tennis in the afternoon and pool at nite. then i watched portugal lose to greece for the opening match of the competition. heh like i seem to be able to predict closely to the final score. (was predicting por 5-0 or gre 2-1)

Sunday was normal by any standard, cept for the seminar and the 3 hour nap in the pa room after lunch. the seminar was on neo-theism and kinda scary, they say that God gives man full control over our own lives and does not know all that we do, He also intervenes in the affairs of man, at times. that means that God cannot be all-powerful (since He intervenes, when He pleases), all-knowing (since He doesn't know all that we do) and ever-present (since He isn't be there to know what we do). but i do know that God is omni-sience, omni-present and omni-potent. thank God for that assurance. also the morning sermon by rev peter clements was so good! kinda like whats happening to my dad and shows how the power of God works in us, not by ourselves alone.
really liked the example he gave us, he took out a glove and commanded it to lift up the lid of the cup. the glove obviously couldn't. then he gave the glove an example of how to do it. and the glove still couldn't. so finally, he put on the glove and then proceeded to lift the lid of the cup. his hand is a representation of God, and the glove us. see without God, nothing can be done, we're just the branch without the vine and its thru the true Vine that we are able to produce fruit.

then the 3 hour nap in the pa room. lol didn't realise i was so tired, was sitting down waiting for hsien when i first dozed off, then decided lying down was better than sitting up so went to sleep on the floor and didn't really wake up till 1740 heh. was much awake after that.
went for dinner with my grandpa and parents and after dinner during dessert, i suddenly raised up the point of soccer betting and its similarity to stocks and shares. haha..like you need to know the competition (or the market), you need to know the players (the way the board works), and you need to know the team (or the company). so doesn't it seem familiar to you?
went to stay over at jos' place for the euro matches, after playing pool till 0130. predicted a fra 2-1 win over eng (zidane roxors! fra > eng) even though france left it very late to win, the other result i was expecting was a 0-0 draw.

Monday woke up at 11 at his place. had breakfast (thanks auntie! :) then went to shoot some till 3+ then came back and played NFS:U heh. been on it since last week before church camp. and then went back to jos' place at nite to watch the ita vs den game (which predicition was all wrong - i said 1-1 or 2-1 to ita) left after that match and came back, played another race and then went to sleep.

Tuesday so far ain't much happening, apart from my life in NFS:U =P and i'm gonna borrow dn chia's bike for the rest of the month so i can hop from place to place heh. ^^ maybe gonna shoot some with jere at rc (geee --" 3 days in a row) then head over to church to collect the bike then go jos' place. germany vs holland tonight! haha and i'm gonna say 2-0 to holland or 2-2 draw. heh i think my mei will be pissed at me for saying that, she's a germany supporter :P lol but then again germany good? (NAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!)

quite tired today dunno why..prob from the super long active day yesterday.

like soccer in the morning where i first sprained my left wrist and then got whacked by the ball on my right wrist then to jq's place to play squash and table tennis and sleeping in his bed then to pool junction for their opening.

first things first, i think that place is quite nice but..the prices are too steep, the tables too cramped and the cloth an awful red colour. so red cloth and red chalk. the chalk didn't hold and got all over my hands and cue arghs. and then melvin chipped off a bit of his buttcap of his new viattorre..so i guess the place's kinda condenmed already.

went for church and had a very good msg from rev peter clements, who reminded me of my dad. like 4 major operations and paralysis and the guy still keeps going strong. hard to imagine..seriously. then had lunch and bumped into clarissa who had joined galilee last week for their youth/bible study and is comtemplating staying there or at pandan then went back supposedly to help hsien with sth but ended up sleeping on the floor for the next 3 hours. fantastic.

now am at jos' place and gonna watch the france vs england game, just played pool and realised i've got too much on my mind to play properly..sigh..

"And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; and patience, experience; and experience, hope; and hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us." (Rom 5:3-5)

Friday, June 11, 2004

wow :) what a good camp. now i do regret not going for the entire thing. owells.

the bus ride up was fast and abit steep (in cash terms) we were there in 5.5 hours (or 5 hours travelling time - half an hour for the break) when like the church coach took like 9 hours. heh =P

the messages were stirring. pullin at my conscience and it really helped me to look into my life and carefully examine myself, and will strive to change for the better! and golly, rev ian goligher is really one of the best speakers i've ever heard, now i totally agree with my aunt telling me how fortunate i am to be at pandan where there are so many good preachers :) thank God for them!

sunway itself was fun, didn't go on the dry rides at all due to a couple of reasons, like, my stomach not feeling too well on the journey up, (had the runs at the tuas checkpoint and like really had to run after my passport was cleared to the toilet to let it all out ;P) then the rides looked really scary, (actually only the tomahawk, the rest were more 'normal') and a repression of ego :P (like sure, act macho and puke after the rides ain't exactly the best way to spend the afternoon, ya'noe)
the wet side of the park i did go and had quite a bit of fun with the floats and the rides and stuff, esp the mats! haha..those were the best heh..the hang time and all :P

then thurs afternoon was spent first at mph where i picked up a pool book, then squash courts/gym where i cycled abit and watched the repeated repeat telecast of the san miguel asian 9 ball hongkong tour leg, then up to the tennis courts where i like had quite some fun playing. didn't dare to take a place in the more advanced court (like serena, dn chia quite the scary heh) until much later but by which time i had two blisters, one on each foot, at the side of my sole. *rule of thumb - don't wear loose socks and loose shoes to play tennis. was quite shaggd after that and then dinner then shower then testimony night.

which was one of the best sharing's i've heard, like from a mother, whose child's glass of water broke while he was taking a drink and that escaped by God's gracious hands with no injuries in the mouth and hands and no pieces of glass being swallowed. truly shows the mighty hand of God :)

all in all i'm glad to be back in sg and even more i'm glad i at the very least went for some part of it :) thank God for His blessings.

"Hebrews 10:38-39 38 Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure, in him. 39 But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul."

managed to wake up early to go and run. heh! a first achievement of sorts. left my place at 0640 and reached church at 0700. then like i reached there there wasn't a single other person i knew -.-

heh went to send them off, and stuff then went back home and fell back asleep. so like i just woke up and i'm gonna have to go to golden mile there to collect my coach tickets up to m'sia on weds! haha..

blog more later..

"How do you tell when you're out of invisible ink?"
like super-packed sunday..

starting off with waking up with an aching body (and hearing my mum nag abt me the weekend warrior) and then have to set up the jw stuff and worry abt the pa system cuz no one else is ard. and like today's msg was like a more indepth and more info abt my house/pillar/material imagery/example i gave yesterday at joseph's place. like when he first started off with the statements abt taking heed abt the foundation we build on and what materials we use, i was like "eh?! so coincidental!" heh God works in mysterious ways! :) Praise God!

then off to gf for the u21 9 ball competition, which my draw was totally horrible. like 1st round drew a team headspot player and then after losing 7-2 by like missing 4 balls in the same side pocket in 4 seperate frames that turned the match ard. then going to the loser's bracket and playing one of the favourites there and like managed a golden break, a slopped in 9 and a scratch on the 9 by him to at least give me a credible 7-3 scoreline, i didn't really think i would even get 2 racks off him =Þ

then to hotel rendezvous for a family dinner buffet-style, which i never really particularly enjoy cuz i dun have much pple to talk to, or even if they were there to talk to, nothing much to talk abt.

then to wcrc for a short hour of pool. which was just average la.

now i'm back home and i think i should go and sleep soon so that i can surprise everyone by reaching church on foot (and i don't mean walking!)

"The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction. [Prov 1:7]"

Saturday, June 05, 2004

went to sleep ard 4 woke up at 8+ to find out soccer was being pushed back a lil due to the rain and that joseph was on his way back home from overnight movies at cine. woke up again at 9 to go to play soccer and finding out there were only 5 of us (till kai the liar lawyer came) played till 12+, lunch at beauty world then rushed back home and onto church to meet the supposedly 7 pple on my list and out of which only 1 came, the others were replaced or didn't turn up. *shrugs*

reached his place at 4 then like had a bit of tour ard his place and ending up in his room (like it was only 5 steps from the living room -- short tour heh) then played taboo till the rest of the yf-ers from sarah lee's place came. and jere came too! haha..

singspiration was fine and stuff, chose 'a common love' and 'thank you Lord for the rain that you've sent' and a choice by chee chang/jos 'it is not an easy road' then came the hard part. cuz i thot i was really strugglin to give the short sharing i had prepared from 1 john 1. and like heh jere and jos didn't expect me to be the one who would be the one giving it. i just hope the pts i raised up would help both of them to reflect on their lives and well seek better company. then i closed with the song 'koinonia'.

then was games, which i borrowed 'taboo' from james. haha...everyone had great fun. :) and i think it reflects that as you grow older, you grow wiser. cuz the over-18s beat the under-18s+jere by 4 words :P (or maybe cuz jere was there)

went out for dinner and more fellowship and then we all headed home. haha..i'm like so gonna sleep soon. cuz like tmrw i've got another pool compy.

its been a good day :)

"Ecclesiastes 4:10 For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up."
going to joseph's place later today (hope he doesn't read it before the event) for yf visitation.

pray that it'll run smoothly with God's hand guiding it. busy preparing my sharing for tmrw and for singspiration and games heh. also thank God for his mum, who shared with me that last year after yf visited him, the father threw away one of his idols from the home and hopefully it'll do more this time also, like encouraging jos to come for yf more often and for me to keep 'pestering' him. heh quite stressed now considering its in another 13 hours time. thank God for serena to help me along as well with some thoughts and ideas. now if i could string all of that together to form it. heh.

and i've got to remind my mum to help me and danny book the tix up to sunway lagoon. like a two-way ticket (weds 8am depart sg, fri 2.30pm depart m'sia)

then the gf u21 9 ball competition on sunday (which i've also got double duty and paternal family dinner to worry about) which is race to 7 (handicap 2 racks to ladies), double elimination format which i hope to do my best for.

back to the planning :)

i miss morning runs. like i really wanted to get my 2.4 fitness back so i had ran on mon and tues cuz of the retreat. now back to home and normal life, lazy again. haha..woke up at 0830 to pass keys to hsien and since i saw it was drizzling, i just came back and went back to sleep. didn't wake till 12. lol.

"Why do psychics have to ask you for your name?"
ok well done i just erased an hour of posting thanks to a dumb click -.-

trying to recap.

ok lazy to type out everything in detail.

Monday: woke up late and went to tengah for yf retreat. great fun in games and night activities which included a 'hike' to farmart. good night dev and stuff.

Tuesday: woke up at 0620 and went running with kang. quite shagged after that. i figure we jogged 2 km back and forth so 4 km for the morning. but then again i haven't ran in like forever so it feels like 4 km :P workshop was fine but 'chao' halfway to help johan who was helping bro henry cook lunch, fun ;) haha..then reflections was good. learnt alot to prick me to change sutff in my life. left for guard and more or less break even then took a cab back and had supper and good company to talk to :) before drifting off to sleep at 0220 after having a talk of sorts with kang and adrain and a good laugh at russel (like who doesn't? =P)

Wednesday: woke up at 0625 and went running with kang and nancy and serena. wasn't as shagged cuz maybe i was keeping pace with serena and we didn't go that fast. then combined games day was fun and stuff though i fell asleep during the video msg, "vanishing conscience" which was sth that really told me to check my life and my conscience. surprising though, how i managed to fall asleep to the dismay of my small one (who shot me with her rubber band *rolls eyes). like i was just so so tired..! i couldn't help it! games was like capt's ball, foozeball (with a tied partner -- talk abt being tied down) and volleyball (also tied up). then followed by inter-fellowship capt's ball, which pandan vs jurong was like 6-4 (?) (like cherie was saying carol and sharon or was it rachel and sharon that jurong won --- but i don't think so) cuz i scored 3 (2 field goals and 1 lay-up) and there were other goals from our team, then pandan vs tengah and it was close, (cuz i thot pandan girls weren't doing anything! like 11 tengahites [sounds like termites, eh?] vs 5 pandanites guys [also sounds wierd] was like really quite bad) we had to come from behind to win 3-2, 1 by debbie and the other 2 by jq to win it (like jq's last shot was on the last shot of the game). jurong beat tengah flat but it wasn't a milk run for jurong. so bravo to all teams and pple playing :)

well like past few days have been good and stuff and like suddenly, something just trigger this quote,
"stuck at a T-junction, and all i see is red lights"
