woooo drew against ept 8-8. contented and thanking God for the excellent result even though a part of me feels we could have won. i however feel the team (swee chuan, galvin, alex, myself) played above par. my defensive game was sth that amazed even myself. now i see 8 ball in a much different light. ^^
could have won all 4 games but in the end mistakes and nervousness took the better of me. managed to take two games though. i think my best rack was when i was behind by abt 5 balls and having balls in bad positions. some 'luck' and safeties reduced the disadvantage and then when tied at two balls each at a 4 ball cluster, i had a ball in hand. contemplating my options, i had a) safety - pot the 11 and leave the cue ball behind the 1 and the 4, b) safety - pot the 11 with a bit of draw and knock the 4 into the 1 to form a cluster and knock the 12 out leaving him dead snookered to his balls with no shot, c) clear table - pot the 11 with a little bit of right side draw to knock the 1 ball away. i chose c) in the end and ran out. thank God :)
anyways tmrw match vs uob is postphoned to monday night. i don't wanna play haha..cuz its a match we can't afford to lose. if we wanna finish 3rd at least (our current standings are that we'll finish no lower than 5th and no higher than 3rd --- unless sth miraculous happens!)
anyways side note: i've ordered the Predator2 Curly Maple with no wrap (P2CMNW)

and sorry small one hor! ask you all out to play then end up training with my team-mate/friend/buddy lol. didn't really get to teach anything new to you today. anyways learn to NOT jump up after each short and imagine the ghost ball which really helps in aiming even i use it! and that to train concentration span, well that takes longer and more brain juice.
